A flat shipping fee of R99 applies to all orders, regardless of size.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We dispatch on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or over the weekend go out the next business day.

We ship with Courier Guy and Fastway — two of South Africa's most trusted courier services — so your parcel is in good hands.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order leaves our store, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use it to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Before completing your order, please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Address changes after dispatch may attract additional courier fees which are for the customer's account. We deliver within South Africa only.

What If I Miss My Delivery?

Not to worry — if you're not home, the courier will attempt delivery again or reach out to arrange an alternative. Just make sure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

1) Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn/unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• With original tags/labels attached

• In the original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, protective bags)

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Tip: Try on items indoors and avoid makeup, deodorant, perfume, or tan transfer.

2) How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@anlifashion.co.za or WhatsApp 063 304 0125 with:

   • Order number

   • Item(s) you'd like to return

   • Reason (sizing, style, faulty, etc.)

2. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label).

3. Send or drop off your parcel to:
   AnLi Fashion, 7 Hugo Ave, Risiville, Meyerton, 1929

4. Please note a courier/restocking fee of R129 applies for the collection of items being returned to our store.
5. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of your return.

Important: Parcels sent back without first contacting us may be refused.

Return shipping:

• Change-of-mind / size returns: Customer covers return courier costs. Courier fee is R129 if required.

• Faulty / incorrect items: We'll cover reasonable return shipping once approved.

In-store returns: You're welcome to return or exchange items directly at our store (address above).

3) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll evaluate and make it right (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).

4) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want:

1. Return the original item following the steps above.

2. Place a new order for the correct size/colour.
   Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund.

(Alternatively, in-store exchanges can be done on the spot if stock is available.)

5) Refunds

• We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3 business days for bank/issuer processing after we action the refund.

6) Courier & Packaging Guidance

• Use protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. Keep your tracking number.

• We're not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit that were not arranged by us.
