From the moment you place your order, we work quickly to get it packed and on its way to you. Expect your order at your door within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Rate

A flat shipping fee of R99 applies to all orders, regardless of size.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We dispatch on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or over the weekend go out the next business day.

Which Couriers Do You Use?

We ship with Courier Guy and Fastway — two of South Africa's most trusted courier services — so your parcel is in good hands.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order leaves our store, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use it to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Before completing your order, please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Address changes after dispatch may attract additional courier fees which are for the customer's account. We deliver within South Africa only.

What If I Miss My Delivery?

Not to worry — if you're not home, the courier will attempt delivery again or reach out to arrange an alternative. Just make sure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
