1) Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn/unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• With original tags/labels attached

• In the original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, protective bags)

• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Tip: Try on items indoors and avoid makeup, deodorant, perfume, or tan transfer.

2) How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@anlifashion.co.za or WhatsApp 061 516 6113 with:

   • Order number

   • Item(s) you’d like to return

   • Reason (sizing, style, faulty, etc.)

2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label).

3. Send or drop off your parcel to: 7 Hugo Ave, Risiville, Meyerton, Gauteng, 1929

4. Please note a courier/restocking fee is R129 for the collection of the item to be returned to our store.
5. Please expect a 3 day turnaround time for the processing of the return.

Important: Parcels sent back without first contacting us may be refused.

Return shipping:

• Change-of-mind / size returns: Customer covers return courier costs. Courier fee is R129 if required.

• Faulty / incorrect items: We’ll cover reasonable return shipping once approved.

In-store returns: You’re welcome to return or exchange items directly at our store (address above).

3) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate).

4) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want:

1. Return the original item following the steps above.

2. Place a new order for the correct size/colour.
   Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.

(Alternatively, in-store exchanges can be done on the spot if stock is available.)

5) Refunds

• We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3 business days for bank/issuer processing after we action the refund.

6) Courier & Packaging Guidance

• Use protective packaging to avoid damage in transit. Keep your tracking number.

• We’re not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit that were not arranged by us.
